Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our product is very important to us! All products are produced and sold based upon content that you, the customer, provides. Typographical errors are the responsibility of the customer, since it is the customer’s content being produced.

Refunds are not granted. If your product contains defects in materials or quality, we will replace the product free of charge. Our liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product. Replacement requests are handled on a case by case basis and must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.

Replacement requests must be sent to support@dandeprinting.com along with a description of the defects involved.
